Job Description

Real Experts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C real estate sales, team handling, client management, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle B2C real estate sales and guide the team throughout the sales process.
• Generate and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and monitor individual performance.
• Manage client relationships and assist the team in closing deals.
• Track sales activities, site visits, bookings, and revenue.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth sales operations.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Requirements5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in B2C.
• Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
