Job Description
We are hiring a Sales cum Telecaller Executive for our real estate office in Noida Extension (Techzone 4, near Gaur City, Greater Noida West).
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with property leads
- Explain projects and convince clients
- Schedule site visits and close bookings
- Maintain lead records in Excel
- One selected candidate will also record videos at project sites and during site visits (video recording only, no editing or digital marketing work) and conduct site visits with clients. Incentives will be given for this role.
Requirements: 12th pass or above, age 20-35, fluent in English and Hindi, working knowledge of MS Excel, confident and target-driven. Comfortable recording videos on a mobile phone is a plus for the video role. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary: Fresher ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 | Experienced ₹15,000 - ₹20,000, plus incentives.
Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM | Weekly off: Tuesday
