Job Title: Telecaller – Real EstateLocation: NX One, Near Gaur City Mall, NoidaSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹2,50,000 (Based on skills, experience & interview performance)Gender Preference: Female OnlyJob Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Female Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a professional appearance. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful deals.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary property details.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Maintain CRM and database of potential clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management.
- Requirements:Female candidates only (Presentable appearance & professional demeanor).
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, real estate, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling high-net-worth clients.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects in Noida/Ghaziabad is a plus.
