• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary property details.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth property transactions.
• Maintain CRM and database of potential clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management.
• Requirements:Female candidates only (Presentable appearance & professional demeanor).
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, real estate, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in handling high-net-worth clients.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects in Noida/Ghaziabad is a plus.
