Collection/Recovery Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Recovery Executive to manage loan recovery activities, follow up with overdue customers, and ensure timely repayment of outstanding loan dues. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits.
• Collect pending EMI payments and outstanding dues within the assigned timelines.
• Visit customers to understand repayment issues and facilitate collections.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent and overdue accounts.
• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Identify overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Collection Managers regarding recovery cases.
• Handle customer queries related to loan repayments.
• Ensure recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.
• Submit daily and monthly recovery reports to the reporting manager.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.
• Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Loan Recovery.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field recovery activities.
• Knowledge of local language is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
