Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including entries, payments, and reconciliations.
  2. Prepare and maintain EBG/PBG documentation and records.
  3. Coordinate with banks for the issuance, renewal, extension, and release of bank guarantees.
  4. Track EBG/PBG validity, expiry dates, amounts, and bank charges.
  5. Follow up on EMD refunds and bank guarantee releases.
  6. Handle tender-related financial documentation and compliance.
  7. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  8. Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and tender requirements.
  9. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of financial records.
  10. Prepare reports on pending guarantees, renewals, and payments.
