Area Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Area-cum-Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple cloud kitchens and restaurant outlets across locations and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, hygiene, and service standards.
• Control food costs, wastage, manpower expenses, and overall operating costs.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, attendance, and staff performance.
• Track sales, profitability, aggregator performance (Zomato/Swiggy), and outlet-wise KPIs.
• Ensure inventory control, stock management, and timely procurement.
• Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
• Drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability across all locations.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and preferably multiple brands.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
• Hands-on approach with good knowledge of restaurant operations and food aggregators.
