Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
  • Develop relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare organizations.
  • Promote healthcare recruitment, faculty placement, and staffing services.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
  • Manage client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or healthcare business development is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
