Job Description

Prepare and cook dishes as per Padosi's recipes and quality standards.

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size and food quality.

Handle daily kitchen preparation, cooking and order execution.

Ensure timely preparation of orders, especially during peak hours.

Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards.

Manage and monitor kitchen ingredients, stocks and wastage.

Follow standard recipes and maintain proper portion control.

Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and prepared food.

Coordinate with the kitchen/helper team to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, workstations and kitchen area.
