Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote AMEX products and services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and terms and conditions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including credit cards where applicable.
  • Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to improve conversion rates.
  • Collect and verify customer information and ensure accurate application processing.
