Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, website inquiries, social media leads, and other inbound inquiries from prospective students.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferred study destinations.
- Provide initial information about study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility, interest, budget, and admission timelines.
- Schedule counseling appointments with Education Counsellors or Destination Managers.
- Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion, counseling appointments, and student enrollment support.
