Role and Responsibilities

• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.

• For Captive Contact Centre of a premium bank.

• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.

• Cross selling/ upselling/ promoting the banking products Over the calls is mandatory.

Stipend/ Salary

* 16500 for Freshers | (Peformance based incentives)

Shift Time

Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift in between)

Male- 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm

Weekoff/ working Days

1 Rotational weekoff

6 Days working

Important Notes:

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
