Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and related devices.
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).
- Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Install and configure operating systems and required software (basic level).
- Setup and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, etc.).
- Handle cabling, connectivity, and hardware-related network issues.
- Maintain asset records, repair logs, and service documentation.
- Support end-users through onsite visits or remote assistance as required.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet company safety and quality guidelines.
