Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell telecom products and services, including broadband, Wi-Fi connections, internet plans, and related services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, door-to-door sales, local market visits, and customer referrals.
- Identify potential residential and commercial customers and explain suitable internet plans and packages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Visit customers to explain pricing, offers, installation processes, and service benefits.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical teams to ensure timely activation of new connections.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upgrades and renewals.
- Collect customer details, complete application forms, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into successful sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer follow-up details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to new connections and service activation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory.
