Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead and manage the complete kitchen operations at Dice & Fork. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistent food quality and presentation, managing and training the kitchen team, ensuring proper food preparation and portion control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation and food safety. The Head Chef will also be responsible for inventory management, food costing, controlling wastage, monitoring daily preparation and production, coordinating with the management and service team, and contributing to menu development and new dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of European/Continental cuisine, a good understanding of food costing and kitchen operations, strong leadership and team-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. A passion for food, quality, consistency and presentation is essential.
