For a Blue-Collar Recruiter / HR Executive role, you can use these responsibilities:

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for technicians, electricians, helpers, site staff, etc.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned managers.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and daily sourcing reports.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining and onboarding.
• Manage joining documentation and verification.
• Build and maintain a database of blue-collar candidates.
• Coordinate with site/operations teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.

• Prior experience in blue-collar recruitment preferred
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and Excel
