Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative female Interior Designer to join LXM Interior’s growing design team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative thinking, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and technical expertise in producing high-quality 3D visualizations. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke interior design solutions that align with our brand’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Develop captivating designs and layouts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with LXM Interior’s signature blend of modern and classic aesthetics.
• Create high-quality 3D renders, conceptual visuals, and immersive walkthroughs using advanced design software to provide clients with lifelike previews of their spaces.
• Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, execution teams, and vendors to understand project requirements and translate client preferences into detailed visual representations.
• Conduct client meetings to assess objectives, desires, and spatial needs, ensuring a client-centric approach throughout the design process.
• Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and client briefs to produce accurate and compelling 2D and 3D presentations, including mock-ups and renderings.
• Prepare detailed quotes for clients, ensuring transparency and adherence to project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee project execution by coordinating with onsite supervisors and craftsmen to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
• Incorporate client and team feedback to refine designs while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
• Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, rendering software, material libraries, and visualization techniques to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Uphold LXM Interior’s commitment to quality by using top-tier materials and finishes in all projects.
• Contribute to a seamless client experience by supporting our 2-year warranty and after-sales service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional creative and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute complex design projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and aesthetic concepts.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into visually compelling 3D renderings and walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with current interior design trends and technologies to provide innovative and relevant solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
