Job Title: Female Ultrasound Typist / Sonography Reporting Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Ultrasound Typist / Reporting Assistant for our female-oriented ultrasound centre in Gurgaon. The candidate will assist the doctor by typing ultrasound findings in real time during scans and preparing reports for final review and signature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Type ultrasound findings accurately while the doctor performs the scan.
• Prepare and format ultrasound reports using predefined templates.
• Enter patient demographic details and examination information.
• Print and organize reports for final verification by the doctor.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Ensure timely completion of reports to support smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Experience in ultrasound reporting, radiology typing, or medical transcription preferred.
• Good English typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ultrasound terminology and abbreviations.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with MS Word or reporting software.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Work Profile:

• Dedicated ultrasound typing role only.
• No reception, billing, or front desk responsibilities.
• Approximately 20 ultrasound examinations per day.

Preferred Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in a diagnostic centre, radiology clinic, or hospital ultrasound department.
