MIS Executive

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -:

1. Order Management & Data Handling -:

•  Update all incoming product orders in the master sheet on a daily basis.

•  Maintain and ensure accuracy of the master data sheet.

•  Process orders received from E-com portals.

2. Reporting & Analysis -:

•  Prepare daily reports including total orders, stock availability, and margin analysis.

•  Generate weekly sales reports to track total revenue.

•  Prepare monthly GST sales reports.

3. Inventory Management -:

•  Manage and monitor stock for the Meesho platform.

•  Track stock availability and highlight shortages.

4. SPF (Seller Protection Fund) Management-:

• Raise SPF claims on a daily basis.

• Maintain SPF records including approved and rejected claims.

• Track and monitor SPF performance.

5. Order Tracking & Issue Handling -:

• Track complete order lifecycle (Dispatched, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Returned).

• Verify returned orders and confirm receipt at the warehouse.

• Monitor and identify orders exceeding TAT.

6. Replacement & Breach Monitoring -: 

• Track and manage replacement orders.

• Identify orders at risk of breach and take preventive action.

7. Portal Performance Monitoring -:

•  Monitor ratings and performance across all portals.

• Identify and resolve listing and operational issues.

8. Coordination & Communication-:

• Coordinate with Flipkart team for portal-related issues, listing problems, and operational support.

• Raise and follow up on tickets related to order status.
