Assessment & Planning: Evaluate a client's physical condition, medical history, and goals to build safe, customized exercise routines.

Instruction & Supervision: Demonstrate correct form, use of equipment, and stretching techniques to prevent injury.

Motivation & Tracking: Monitor ongoing progress, adjust workout plans every few weeks, and provide constant encouragement.

Basic Education: Offer fundamental advice on healthy lifestyle choices, general nutrition, and hydration.
