Project Manager

Arts & Draftz / Studio Bersh is looking for a highly organised, proactive Studio & Projects Manager who can act as the central coordination point between the Principal Designer, design team, sites, vendors and clients.

The role involves:

• Planning and monitoring daily & weekly project schedules

• Coordinating multiple ongoing turnkey interior projects

• Assigning tasks and following up with designers, site supervisors and vendors

• Maintaining project trackers, MOMs, timelines and pending lists

• Coordinating client meetings, site visits, approvals and submissions

• Ensuring drawings, selections, quotations and materials reach site on time

• Identifying delays before they become problems

• Presenting a concise daily/weekly status update to the Principal Designer

• Taking complete ownership of follow-ups and project coordination

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised, assertive yet polite, excellent at communication, comfortable handling multiple teams and deadlines, and most importantly — someone who follows a task through to closure.

Experience in interiors, architecture, construction or turnkey projects will be strongly preferred.
