Relationship Manager (RM) – Job Description Job Role: Relationship Manager

- Identify and acquire new customers to generate business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
- Generate additional business through cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer information, and daily work reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good convincing, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
