Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, explaining real estate projects, conducting site visits, regular follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle potential customer leads.
- Make calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and work towards conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales activity and lead records.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and convincing ability.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
