Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our company's sales and marketing activities from the office. This is a non-target-based position with no field sales and no telecalling.

The candidate will focus on handling customer enquiries, coordinating with interested customers, preparing quotations, following up on genuine business enquiries, maintaining customer records, and supporting online sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer and product enquiries.
• Respond to customers through WhatsApp, email, website enquiries, and other online channels.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, specifications, and availability.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Follow up on genuine customer enquiries and existing leads.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales records.
• Assist with online marketplace and website enquiries.
• Support basic digital marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and updating Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with existing customers for repeat requirements.

• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic sales or marketing knowledge will be an advantage.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
