Job Description
1. Cashier / Floor ManagerJob Role OverviewResponsible for managing billing operations, supervising floor service, ensuring smooth guest experience, and handling daily restaurant coordination.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage billing, POS operations, and cash handling accurately
- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth table turnover
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Ensure proper table allocation and guest flow management
- Maintain coordination between kitchen and service team
- Monitor daily sales, reports, and shift closing
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance on the floor
- Train and guide service staff when required
- RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2–4 years in restaurant operations (family dining preferred)
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and billing
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Shift Details10-hour shift (rotational if required)
- Weekly off as per roster, not on weekends.
