Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, calls, and digital inquiries.
Convert prospects into active members by explaining membership plans and benefits.
Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure maximum conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in the system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members for renewals and referrals.
Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns conducted by the club.
