Senior Staff Nurse B.Sc And M.Sc Nursing

We are Looking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our fertility and IVF team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

Clinical Support

• Assist consultants during OPD consultations and medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for IVF procedures, IUI, embryo transfer, egg retrieval, and other fertility-related treatments.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Record treatment details, medication administration, and patient progress.
• Coordinate with doctors and counselors regarding patient treatment plans.

Emergency Management

• Respond promptly to patient emergencies.
• Provide first aid and basic life support when required.
• Escalate critical situations to the concerned doctor immediately.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with doctors, embryologists, counselors, and administrative staff.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and quality service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in IVF, Gynecology, Obstetrics, or Fertility Centres will be preferred.
