Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive – FrankfinnJob SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing career guidance, generating admissions, and promoting Frankfinn's industry-leading training programs.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn's courses and programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through tele-calling activities.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM/system.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and professional counseling.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate (Preferred)
- Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)
- Experience6 Months to 8 Years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling, or Customer Service.
- GenderMale and Female candidates can apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in Outbound Calling, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and address queries effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Working Days & TimingsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
