Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Coordinate with PAN India service engineers for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance-related activities.
  2. Handle service requests received from customers through different sales channels and ensure timely closure.
  3. Follow up with engineers and service partners for pending cases and escalations.
  4. Maintain records of service tickets, complaints, replacements, and resolutions.
  5. Coordinate with brands, vendors, and authorized service centers for warranty and technical support cases.
  6. Provide technical assistance whenever required for employee-related computer or product issues during daily work.
  7. Support employees in resolving basic technical problems related to systems, software, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of technical concerns.
  9. Prepare service reports and update management regarding ongoing cases and resolutions.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service closure.
