Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including calling, digital marketing, referrals, and property portals.
  • Monitor team performance, daily calling, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Train and guide team members on sales techniques, project details, and customer handling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and sales conversion.
  • Ensure the team has updated knowledge of property inventory, pricing, payment plans, and project specifications.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
