Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.

Explain property projects, locations, prices, offers, and payment plans.

Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, and property type.

Generate and qualify leads through calls.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Update lead information in CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with sales executives to convert leads into site visits and sales.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.

Real estate/telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate from any recognized board/university.
