Job Description


  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers to promote real estate projects.
  • Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly to clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads, schedule site visits, and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt information.
  • Stay updated on ongoing projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
