Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram
Experience: 3 Months to 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and identify potential clients through calls, references, and networking.
* Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
* Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful bookings.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
* Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
* Stay updated with current real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
* 3 Months to 3 Years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales profile.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Candidates with experience in Gurugram real estate will be preferred.
* Freshers with relevant sales exposure may also be considered.
