Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with back-end frameworks and tools including Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases to design efficient data storage solutions.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
