What would you do? • F&A Sales Practitioner CL5 role • • Accenture is Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services. We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery center • We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned F&A Sales Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team • F&A Sales Practitioner role • Deep expertise in a specific F&A tower such as RTR (Record to Report), FP&A, OTC, PTP, Tax, Treasury, or Controllership • Supports solutioning, sales pursuits, client discussions, transformation opportunities, and deal shaping using domain knowledge and industry experience. • Contribution to sales wins and pipeline growth. • Quality of solution design and client feedback. • F&A Sales Practitioner role • Solution design • Proposal development • Business case creation • Executive presentation skills • Strong domain expertise in one or more F&A towers. • Experience supporting sales pursuits and client-facing engagements preferred.
What are we looking for? • F&A Sales Practitioner Associate Director CL5 • •Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) • •Deep Domain expertise • •Hands-on operations or transformation experience within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services • •Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led Transformation for large global Clients • •Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus, they already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance
Roles and Responsibilities: • This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture. • It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility. • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters. • Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. • Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility. • Individual manages large complex teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
