Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, while continuously adapting applications to align with organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) with various data sources and APIs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of business intelligence solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) deployments.

Additional Information:
