Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of initiatives within the defined scope and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Firewall Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices related to firewall deployment and management.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining firewall solutions to protect organizational assets.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and translate them into effective firewall policies and configurations.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting firewall-related issues and optimizing firewall performance.
- Capability to work with various security tools and technologies to enhance firewall architecture and overall network security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Firewall Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
