Senior Analyst

Roles & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Email Marketing to manage the execution, optimisation, and reporting of email marketing campaigns. The role requires expertise in marketing automation platforms, audience segmentation, campaign operations, and performance analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.

This role is for you if you have  the below

Build, test, and deploy end-to-end email marketing campaigns across multiple business and marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Create and manage automated email nurture journeys aligned to buyer personas and lifecycle stages.
Build dynamic and static audience lists while maintaining data quality, compliance, and governance standards.
Design and implement email workflows, trigger-based communications, and lead nurturing programs within marketing automation platforms.
Conduct quality assurance testing, including personalisation, rendering, links, and deliverability checks prior to deployment.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, engagement analysis, and conversion tracking.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, CRM, and analytics teams to align audience strategies and campaign objectives.
Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, suppression management, and adherence to marketing best practices.
Support lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve email marketing processes, automation efficiency, and overall campaign ROI..

 

Educational qualifications

MBA in Marketing or similar area of study.

Work experience

The candidate must have to 3-4 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills Required

Key skill and competencies

3–5 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
Strong expertise in Email Campaign Management, including campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and lifecycle management.
Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Spotme or similar tools and experience with pre-deployment testing platforms.
Proficiency in Marketing Automation, Lead Nurturing, Lead Scoring, and Customer Journey Management.
Experience in Audience Segmentation, Data Management, Personalisation, and Targeted Marketing Strategies.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Campaign Analytics, Performance Reporting, and Marketing Metrics.
Relevant certifications in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other marketing automation platforms are preferred.
Knowledge of CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
Understanding of B2B marketing environments, lead management frameworks, and demand generation principles.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customisation, troubleshooting, and template enhancements.
Strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management, Project Coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and campaign optimisation
