What You'll Do

Performance Management & Insights

• Drive performance reporting against business and team benchmarks
• Manage the composition, build, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting that are accurate, actionable, and aligned to business priorities
• Translate ambiguous questions from Marketing, SDR, and Sales collaborators into clear, structured, data-driven insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive senior leadership through clear, executive-ready summaries

Forecasting, Planning & Target Setting

• Own end-to-end lead generation analytics — target setting, multi-touch and first-touch attribution as well as return on investment modeling
• Build and continuously improve revenue-adjacent forecasting models aligned to Marketing, SDR, and Sales contributions
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, scenario modeling, and goal setting

Analytics Strategy & Roadmap

• Establish standard processes, definitions, and governance as well as partner with Data Engineering and Decision Analytics to improve data accessibility, quality, and structure
• Find opportunities to automate and streamline reporting, reducing manual effort and improving consistency
• Identify and pilot opportunities to apply AI and automation to analytics workflows, from reporting and insight generation to forecasting
• Champion a culture of measurable impact, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making
• Plan and prioritize multiple analytics initiatives at once, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, SDR, Sales and Finance leadership to define lead generation targets, track performance, and troubleshoot data or process issues
• Partner with collaborators to assess program impact and optimize channel mix, targeting, segmentation, and investment decisions
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in marketing or data analytics, spanning Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence
• Strong understanding of GTM concepts: attribution, funnel performance, return on investment modeling, segmentation, lifecycle analytics, pipeline and forecasting
• Experience in travel, SaaS, or subscription-based business models highly preferred
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and experimentation development
• Proven ability to translate analytics into executive-level strategic recommendations
• High comfort working with large datasets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and CRM/Marketing Ops systems (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot or similar)
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and collaborator management skills
• Proven people leadership experience, or strong readiness to manage and develop a small analytics team
• Should be comfortable to work in EMEA Shifts.
