Job SummaryEudoxia Research Centre is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote its academic programmes, research training initiatives, professional courses, fellowships, and other educational services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective candidates, converting enquiries into admissions or registrations, and building long-term relationships with students, researchers, institutions, and professionals.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and generate prospective leads through telephone calls, email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.
2. Sales & Enrolment: Promote the organization's courses, research programmes, fellowships, workshops, FDPs, certifications, and professional development initiatives.
3. Candidate Counselling: Communicate programme details, eligibility criteria, learning outcomes, fees, duration, and benefits to prospective candidates accurately.
4. Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested candidates, address their queries, overcome objections professionally, and convert qualified leads into registrations or admissions.
5. Outbound Calling: Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-up communications to achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, researchers, faculty members, professionals, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
7. Digital Promotion: Support promotional activities through WhatsApp, email, social media, and other approved communication channels.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
9. Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales, revenue, lead-conversion, and enrolment targets established by the management.
10. Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, academic, and programme coordination teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
11. Market Research: Identify potential markets, institutional partnerships, customer needs, and opportunities to expand programme reach.
12. Professional Communication: Represent Eudoxia Research Centre professionally and provide clear, ethical, and accurate information about all programmes.
