About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, smart, and result-oriented Telesales Specialist to support our government projects across 6 states. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in Bengali, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, registered vendors, and business partners regarding government projects.
• Explain project details, services, and business opportunities over the phone.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams across any of the 6 states.
• Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.
• call leads given and achieve targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
• Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
