Job Description
- Role & ResponsibilitiesManage daily cloud kitchen operations and ensure smooth shift handling.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor online orders through food delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
- Handle customer complaints, order delays, and operational issues.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and reduce food wastage.
- Ensure proper staff coordination, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain operational standards.
- Required SkillsExperience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations.
- Good team handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and food costing.
- Ability to manage high-volume orders.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
