Branch Sales Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with existing dealers, identify new dealer opportunities, and resolve dealer complaints or business threats promptly.Sales Strategy & Target Execution: Develop and implement branch sales strategies, map local dealer demand, and drive monthly branch disbursement targets.File Completion, TAT & Compliance: Oversee accurate loan documentation, streamline branch Turn Around Time (TAT), resolve file pendencies, and enforce company policies and regulatory standards.Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Oversee field executives (Sales & Collection FOS / ABM), hold structured morning (pre-shift) and evening (review) meetings, coach underperforming staff, and resolve internal team conflicts.Collection & Asset Management: Oversee branch collection operations to minimize delinquencies, manage the resale of repossessed vehicles, and maintain a balance between sales growth and credit risk.Digitization & Online Payments: Promote and implement digital finance solutions and online collection payment modes across the branch.Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare daily target vs. achievement MIS reports and share actionable insights with senior management.
