Job Description

Position – Team Member / Sr. Tech / Engineer

Education Qualification – ITI / Diploma – Instrumentation

Year of Experience – 5 -8 Years

No of Position- 05 No

Location – Kurkumbh , Pune

Technical Skill –

  • Calibration & Trouble shooting of instruments like Pressure Transmitter / Level Transmitter ( DP / Radar / Ultrasonic type etc )/ Temperature Transmitter ( PT -100 / PT -1000 / Thermocouple – J, K type) / Mass Flow meter using HART Communicator.
  • Calibration & Troubleshooting of Gas Analyzer
  • Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and equipment history
  • Able to do loop checking – Hot & Cold type.
  • Troubleshooting of PLC , DCS and SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshooting and calibration of different type of valves.
  • Calibration & Troubleshooting of Load Cells.
  • Troubleshooting of Filling Machine.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Computer proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS)- Added advantage
