The candidate will handle electrical maintenance, site inspections, fault reporting, power systems, vendor coordination, and safety compliance. • 📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain telecom sites to ensure uninterrupted 24×7 operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and visit every assigned site monthly.
• Identify faults and report them to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow Jio safety guidelines and use the required PPE kits and tools.
• Ensure site alarms are integrated and automated, with 100% SAS implementation.
• Monitor SMPS reachability and Everest 9 parameter visibility across sites.
• Collect electricity bills, submit them to the CMP office, and coordinate DD payments where required.
• Resolve electricity bill discrepancies by coordinating with the electricity department.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and electricity department personnel for maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate diesel refilling, maintain Energy MIS records, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Follow OCR compliance requirements during diesel filling.
• Maintain sites in automatic mode and ensure network operations run smoothly.
• Keep all assigned sites clean and maintain proper site hygiene.
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Diploma holder with knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance.
• Freshers with relevant technical skills are welcome.
• Willing to travel to assigned telecom sites for inspections and maintenance.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and capable of troubleshooting technical issues.
• Able to coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and utility department personnel.
• 💰 Salary & Incentives:
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
• Performance Incentive: ₹2,600.
