Job Description
Partner Sales Executive
Job Location: Remote (WFH)
Earning Potential: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Incentive-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for Partner Sales Executives to onboard truck drivers and vehicle owners as partners on the FR8 platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Call truck drivers and vehicle owners and explain FR8's services.
- Convince and onboard new truck driver/vehicle partners.
- Help partners complete registration and onboarding on the app.
- Collect and verify required partner and vehicle details.
- Follow up with interested and onboarded partners.
- Maintain good relationships with truck drivers and provide basic support.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with senior officials regarding targets and performance.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
- Earning Potential: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- ₹650 for every successful partner onboarding.
- ₹5,000 incentive on the first successful onboarding.
- Earnings depend on performance and number of successful onboardings.
