Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies and online engagement.
• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for achieving a minimum monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) through lead generation, customer acquisition, and successful conversion of business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the content and operations team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns and branding activities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing social media posts.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to generate and nurture business leads.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and online branding.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools will be an added advantage.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.

Language Requirements

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in:

• English
• Bengali
• Hindi

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or any related discipline.
• Freshers with relevant digital marketing skills are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates will be given preference.
