Job Description

• Monitor live and recorded calls to evaluate agent performance against quality standards.

• Share regular feedback with agents to improve communication, customer handling, and compliance.

• Identify training needs based on performance trends and quality gaps.

• Prepare and maintain quality reports and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement quality improvement plans.

• Ensure adherence to customer interaction protocols, DND rules, and regulatory guidelines (RBI, NBFC, etc.).

• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of errors or escalations.

• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
