About the RoleRichi Interiors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and day-to-day finance activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections and vendor payments.
• Ensure timely GST/TDS returns, reconciliations and statutory filings.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
• Assist in Balance Sheet Finalization and audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and outstanding receivables/payables.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and review their work.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare financial and management reports as required by management.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Experience in Balance Sheet Finalization and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise an accounts team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Commercial Interiors, Construction, Building Materials, Furniture, or related industries will be preferred.

Salary₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
