Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team for NMIMS Online MBA admissions. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career and education requirements, explaining the Online MBA program, and guiding them throughout the admission journey.

The role involves handling leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels; conducting effective counseling conversations; following up with prospects; assisting with application and documentation; and achieving individual enrollment and conversion targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in education and student counseling.
