Job Description

Looking for a sales-oriented person to join a small growing SaaS startup.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain our SaaS product and understand their requirements
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls + WhatsApp
  • Handle basic objections and close customers
  • Keep track of leads and follow-ups

What we're looking for:

  • Good spoken English
  • Confident talking to people over the phone
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and repeated follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Sales/BD experience is a plus, but good freshers can apply

Target:

  • Minimum 300 outbound calls/week
  • You will be expected to follow up with interested leads until they convert or clearly decline.

Compensation:

  • ₹10,000/month fixed
  • ₹2,500 for every 15 paid customers
  • No cap on incentives for strong performers
  • Salary can increase based on consistent performance
